My room was dirty. It looked like it had not been cleaned between guests. Saying that the management was extremely apologetic and I feel like they rectified the situation. I feel as if this was just a mistake but it made my stay uncomfortable
Friendly accommodating staff, ok rooms. Could use some updating. All in all a good stay
We had to leave unexpectedly, tried to check out just an hour past check out time hoping we could at least do a late checkout. The employee working was in a bit of a huff about it but said that he would be able to book it tonight easily. That being said he still charged us for a full night!! Will never be staying at a Sandman again, worst customer service.
Located on the main highway, easy access to all locations and airport. Restaurants close by. Rooms are small, decor is dated. Servive is decent.
