The staff was super friendly and that counts for something. The rooms were decent sized and bathroom passable. The room was only surface level clean. I actually took 30 min and dusted our room as we were settling into bed because I was stuffy nosed within an hour of being in there. (I know I could have alerted staff but I didnt feel I should have to.) Baseboards, bed frame and tops of picture frames need cleaning too.
ACCESSIBILITY: Street level entrance with standard pull doors. Carpeted floors with shallow nap mixed with laminate flooring.STAFF: Very friendly staff and quick check-in. ROOMS: lots of amenities such as; ironing board, iron, blow dryer, coffee maker, water glasses, and an alarm clock. Wall mounted flatscreen television as well. Clean and comfortable room.
Excellent, clean, very well appointed rooms. Front desk staff was very professional on our arrival. Unfortunately the dining restaurant was closed on Sunday night. So Sports Bar pub food was it.
Nice looking hotel with spacious and clean rooms, well maintained. But there is a big downside. Rooms are extremely noisy because of the doors in between them. It is like the neighbours are standing next to your bed. If you want a quiet night sleep, don't go there.
Hotel is clean. The decor and fixtures are mostly updated. Staff are friendly and helpful. I chose to stay there because it's pet friendly. My only real complaint is that because it's an older building, I (and my dogs) heard a lot of noise from other guests, especially those on the floor above.
