We are a group of 4 military Veterans who rode to Anchorage, Alaska from AZ, WA, & OR. We're now riding down to Panama City, Panama.Stopped in here because one of our members hit a very big pothole and we brought his Road Glide Ultra in to have the front suspension inspected and fixed.Also, one of our members needed his 5k service done.Very professional H-D Dealership. They got us right in, had us out in a matter of a few hrs. We're very accommodating, friendly, and even washed our bikes which were very dirty!Just want to say thanks to Steve and all his staff for getting us back on the road in an expedient manner.Til' next time.Shawn, James, Os, and Josiah.
I dont ride a Harley but these guys really helped me out. I was returning from Alaska on a motorcycle trip, and Home was still a couple thousand miles away and my front tire was completely toast. I ride a Suzuki DL1000 so my hopes were not high but we got into town at 3pm (the day before was about 540 miles - Glennallen Ak to Whitehorse, then the day before to Deese Lake... we were a bit tired!) so I started dialing for tires. I called these guys first and talked to Russ. He checked and they had ONE tire in stock that would fit my bike. He consulted with Steve, the owner, and they said come on over and theyd put it on right away! Awesome! They were very friendly and I saw Steve tutoring the young tech on proper torque for the pinch bolts.. impressive! If you have a problem when passing through Smithers or better yet STAY THERE - its a neat little town - talk to Steve and Russ! Thanks again guys!
